The people who are there to Support customer’s are UNBELEIVABLE! RUDE is an understatement! You get charged More and More for there services! Go elsewhere for services unless you have the $ to just throw away.

This place is a scam. Maybe if you are not involved in making payments to them, they will be good to you, but you are setting up the person who is paying the note with FEE after FEE after FEE and rude customer service. Account set up was completely delayed, we tried to make the first payment for over a week and the account wasn’t set up. They charge $ 15.00 to make an online payment. They charge $ 20.00 to pay by phone. They charge $ 2.00 to send in a check. The ONLY way not to be charged by them for making a pymt is to set up automatic withdrawals from your account. Bogus. I am reporting them to consumer protection.

Find someone else! After I was told it took 24 – 48 hours on the phone to set up a account I came in on the 5th to set up a account and have them make payments to a bill due on the 10th. The young lady at the front desk who I set up the account with assured me it would be set up tomorrow. I called on the 7th to make sure everything was a go, and they had just set up the account and payments can’t be made till the 12th. After talking to a few people, including a supervisor, they can’t help. Unless, I want to pay a $ 25 dollar wire transfer fee. Really? Then they wanted to blame me for not understanding the process.
Thanks for understanding your customers needs… not!
