I needed a tool last Saturday. I’m a landscaper and I was close to this tool rental. I called and checked that they had the extension hedge trimmer. They did and I picked it up. Unfortunately the tool started acting up witht the engine. So I returned the tool to Bunce. I had paid for a day rental but the manager had no problem reducing the price down to a one hour rental. It greatly helped me out on my job as I hadn’t figured in the tool rental price into my bottom line. I wanted to say the customer experience here was a good as could be expected. They were friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be using Bunce again as I have frequently in the past. Thanks Bunce Puyallup for a great experience. I haven’t had the same experience at the competition always!!!
