The best blended coffee. I’ve been going to this Big Foot Java forever because the girls are super friendly and there is never a long wait. I’ve lived in Spanaway and Pacific but still came to get my coffee at this location.

I’ve been going to this Bigfoot Java location for several years. The baristas have always been friendly and for the most part, I like their coffee better than Starbucks. However, Bigfoot Java corporate office clearly has no idea what customer service is! A $ 100 gift card was purchased for me and sent to me by email but did not arrive. Numerous phone calls and emails to the corporate office went on answered for about a month and eventually the charges had to be disputed with the credit card company. Totally unacceptable. NOCOMMUNICATIONSATALL! Way to go Bigfoot Java, you lost a customer who buys coffee every day. 1 star for corporate. 4.5 for the store.

Hands down the worst experience we’ve had at Bigfoot Java so far. We waited in line almost twenty five minutes just to order our drinks. The other line moved three times as fast as ours and there was no reason service should have been so slow with three baristas working. We will probably never come back to this location again. No apology for the wait, subpar service.

Love coming to Big Foot Java, my favorite drink is the Mythical Mocha. My only complaint is the wait. They usually only have 2 gals working and with the amount of customers they get, the wait is pretty long. Plus, it’s drive through only. :/If I’m in a hurry, I’ll usually stop somewhere else. But if you’ve got the time, their coffee is great!

Super yummy coffee. Way better than starbucks. This particular location is kind of slow but I just leave earlier. Love the pumpkin muffin too.

I LOVE bigfoot java. but only this location says they don’t carry vanilla chai powder so when you get one here they add the syrup which I/my family can’t stand. at all the others I just tell them not to use the syrup .most do this already but a few add syrup. YUCK! Last time I went here I asked for no syrup and she says that’s the only way we make it. Maybe true but not so for pacific ave. sunrise village.176th.downtown puyallup.renton.etc.please make it standard at all locations! Other than this I love bf!

Hands down, one of THE slowest Bigfoot Java’s in the area. It doesn’t matter what time of day it is, if there’s one car in line ahead of you, you WILL wait at least 10 – 20 minutes before you even get to pull up to the window. I don’t know what the deal is, but this location seriously needs to be «fixed». I never have this issue at the one in Pacific, off of 6th Avenue in Tacoma or in Sunrise Village. It’s just ALWAYS this location.

I love coffee, and I especially LOVE bigfoot Java!!! I’ve been to many around the puget sound area, and I would rate them highly in general for their high quality product. This particular location is especially excellent because they never falter in customer service, speed, and NEVER screw up a drink order or price things wrong. They are friendly but not overlyso, and like I said, speeeedy(while still making your drink well, whatever kind it may be). What I especially love about this location is that if you go on a tuesday, you get a free upgrade from a 16 to a 20oz drink, part of a tuesday special featured in the small complex which also includes a gas station, convenience store, and carwash. The only request I have for BFJ overall is to swich back to their old pastry providers, but the ones the have now are still decent. anyhoo GREATJOBBFJ! Cheers!
