Bigfoot Java

This place never seems to close, always available when I need a coffee on the go. They have the biggest sized coffee cups I have ever seen.

After receiving horrible service and an awful drink from the bigfoot café down the road, I drove to this one and asked to have it remade. The girl was very nice about it and made an amazing cup of coffee! The girls are always so sweet there which explains why they are the busiest bigfoot I’ve seen! Thanks for the amazing coffee and customer service ladies!

Always get good drinks only reason I gave four instead of five is because they sometimes ignore me at the window for a couple minutes they don’t acknowledge I’m even there until my drink is made.

They have the best coffee here ever! I literally will drive out of my way to get Bigfoot vs any other coffee place. You should defiantly try them, you won’t regret it! I usually like to get a blended Mythical Mocha (: The line sometimes is long, but the wait is DEFIANTLY worth it. My #1 favorite place to get coffee!

really good drinks, really nice server but was kind of slow and served the person next to us who came after us first.

This is the slowest coffee shop I have ever driven through. I thought it would be a quick stop with only one person in line… No. I waited for 15 minutes behind one person and then when I got up to the window there were two girls working, however only one was making drinks. The girl that greeted us was pleasant but took our order of 2 drip coffees with cream NO sugar and continued to fiddle with things on the counter cleaning for another 3 minutes before getting us our coffee. Luckily I was paying attention as she started to put sugar in our coffees… When we corrected her she seemed irritated. I will NOT come back to this location unless I’m trying to waste time.

Oh Bigfoot Java. Where do I begin? I lived in Washington for a couple years and this was the first coffee place I tried. This is the best coffee I have ever had. Legit I’m obsessed with it but sadly I can’t enjoy it daily anymore since I recently moved to Las Vegas (Why don’t they have a Bigfoot?!). Staff is a hit or miss. Some days you have the 2 girls that get your order then talk about you to their friends, OR you get the really nice girls that actually care about making someone’s morning. When I go back to visit family — Bigfoot is all I’m drinking for every meal.
Mudslide Blended is the best.

Barista handed me a clipboard to sign my receipt that had chocolate all over it and got all over my sweater. I asked her for some paper towels and she didn’t even apologize and acted very rude to me. I had ordered five beverages and asked for a drink carrier, and she rudely told me they were out. She acted like it was an inconvenience to serve me. Will not be back.

Free birthday drink? I think not. I am diabetic and had to pay for sugar free syrup and breve. I can get whatever I want and more if I go to Starbucks for my birthday drink… what is this? This stand is a joke. I can’t even give them any more chances to prove themselves.
Also tried to contact corporate about the crappy service and they don’t even care. They ignored me on multiple occasions.
I’ve ordered sugar free and had sugary syrups instead… that’s a health concern. Someone can honestly get hurt with that negligence. I applaud you for trying to kill your customers.

Slow service, syrup is very concentrated.

Really love it here. I haven’t had a bad coffee yet! The girls are always so friendly. The only bad part is that there’s always atleast 4 cars on each side I left the line to get coffee at one of the near by stands and regretted it and ended up throwing away my coffee, so now I just wait.

Been going here for YEARS and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The coffee doesn’t taste burnt like some other coffee places (you know, like that place that charges big «bucks» ?)

Have always had a good experience here. Went through the other night and the drinks were great and the barista was super nice to our kids who wanted to chat her ear off. It’s always nice when someone who deals with people all day long can engage with the little ones when they are super busy and there is a line. Shows great customer service!

Nice ladies there for the most part but prices are quite a bit higher than other stands.

First let me say my 1 star is only for this location. All other big foots are great and I would definitely give them a 5 star rating. My issue tonight way this…
Ordered a simple 16oz white mocha
The young blonde barista working tonight 3÷23÷15 at 9pm did not put any espresso into my «coffee» I paid 5 dollars for a steamer…
So of course I drive back around and ask for her to add the espresso since my coffee is obviously white and I didn’t order white coffee nor is it even in there. She looks and me with the resting b* face doesn’t even apologize hands me back a burnt coffee no smiles no see you again no freaking service! I’m sorry but I’ve been a barista and bartender I’ve worked in customer service for well over 10 years I do not appreciate that type of service. It was as if I the customer was being an inconvenience to the employee. That’s not how it works.
So after it tastes burnt and I’ve been mistreated as a customer I then decide to just drive 4 miles down the road to another big foot and reorder the latte since that barista obviously did not know what was going on

Well priced and quality coffee. The baristas are always friendly and they keep their area clean. They also have doggie biscuits for your fury loved one! I love my white mocha and will continue to go here :)

Coffee is always great. Staff is always friendly and the wait is always long! Boo! This location isn’t my favorite because it’s a huge pain to get in and out of here, but I do enjoy the product!

Love their smoothies, and wife loves their coffee, specially the 12^th man coffee they currently have. this location seems pretty good in keeping traffic flowing.

I’ve only gone to Bigfoot establishment less than a handful of times and I’ve never been disappointed! This is only my second time at this location and the staff seems nice. Very clean inside! My favorite is their Iced White Mocha.

Thank goodness, some big foot javas’ are ²⁴⁄₇!
I don’t know what I would do without them.
There are times I need coffee… per say… 3 in the morning?

Sometimes I just feel like drinking something fruity and sometimes I prefer the Legendary Latte.
I like any of their funny named drinks.
I really like how this one is on the way home so when I come off the freeway, I can just swing by!
The other one is located the next street down from my house (although not ²⁴⁄₇) good enough though.
