TERRIBLE customer service. Returned phones after service was poor in our area and cancelled service but received a bill for $ 1,500 for unreturned equipment. When we spoke to customer service they instructed us to deal with the store directly, that’s where the already lousy situation turned even worse. The store kept telling us they would call us back in a day or two with the resolution, claiming they knew they took the phones back but just needed to get the credit pushed through by the appropriate manager, but they would never call back. We have had to call them back 3 or 4 times now and this has been dragged on for several weeks. Employees patronize us over the phone and act like it is no big deal… how would you feel if you received a bill for $ 1,500 and you did nothing to deserve it? How can you seriously be so bad at treating customers with the most basic level of respect? I don’t think AT&T has the best coverage, but this particular store is just a terrible store to go to regardless of your feelings about the company.

Do not go here. The employee’s do not verify the account owners and PIN code. My son has the same name and did not have my security PIN number but the POS employee still went into my account and was going to give him what he wanted!

Very good customer service greeted me right when I walked in. They help me with the problem, was very nice about it. They walked me through everything they were doing. And explained everything right away

This is by far the best ATT store that I have ever been to. They bend over backwards to help and best of all, they actually follow through! Alison is amazing — I’m thinking of ordering an iPhone 4 next week and I sure hope she still works here. She helped me so much with my last phone and got her district manager to help with the problems I was having…

The sales staff here are extremely helpful and friendly. I bought a phone at a different provider’s store and within a week it was malfunctioning. I brought it here and they switched it out no questions asked. They’ll have my business for years to come!
