The tailor here is a miracle worker. I needed a bridesmaids dress altered just a few days before the wedding and they were happy to make it happen. In addition the chest of dress needed to be let out a couple inches and she managed to take material from the inside of the dress to do so easily.

Its Monday before Christmas, need my raincoat and a button has popped off… tried doing the repair myself unsuccessfully. In addition I had been on a trip and stained one of my suit jackets… needed a quick return on my cleaning before the holidays.
Of course I headed to Festival Cleaners… opening the door I was met with smiles and Happy Holidays. LOVE IT! Before I could even get out of my mouth that I really needed my items back, including the button repair, by Wednesday… the gal behind the counter was saying «Is Wednesday ok?» Now tell me, how many times do you get this type of service, anywhere?
I’m happy to be a customer here and will continue to be loyal to them for as long as we are in the area!
