Four stars for cleanliness and a decent bathroom and working massage chairs. But like all nail salons the staff could be more professional if they didn’t speak Vietnamese to each other while giving us our pedicures. $ 30 is a decent price for a pedicure in Purcellville but I would expect a better paint job. After close inspection you could tell the edge of my nail polish was unevenly scraped when they used their nails to clean the cuticle part after they painted. The nail dryers were also lacking so I could see how that could be an issue if I were in a rush to dry them lol. Maybe I will try a different technician next time.

Stopped here for beer across the street and got an eyebrow wax on a whim. The service was excellent though I was a walk-​in, and the lady who did my ‘brows was fast, safe, and extremely professional. Not to mention that the pricing was very reasonable! Best kept secret in Purcelville!

Truly the worst experience I have ever had. It’s been 4 months since they destroyed my nails and it was the worst service ever. I called for an appointment and they said said I could come in. I was the only one there for about 10 minutes and then they completely neglected me. I get my nails done maybe once a year to treat myself and I was leaving for my first vacation in 3 years. They were really rude because they had people walking in and wanting to be served immediately when they didn’t have an appointment. They need to learn to tell people when they are that busy to set up an appointment to come back. I will never waste my money there again.
