My client recently purchased a home in Punta Gorda. When my client asked me where to go for her hair care needs, while she spent her winters in Florida, I gave her the Goldwell number to find a Goldwell color salon by her home. I instructed her to ask for a ‘Goldwell Master Colorist ’ because there are levels to Goldwell Colorist that are recognized and respected by Goldwell Colorist and their clients around the world. SPA ONE came up and she immediately ran over to show them her hair and the pictures of how I did her hair coloring so she would feel more comfortable in the new salon. The girl who greeted her said that anyone can do that color and THERE ARE NO SUCH THINGS AS ‘GOLDWELL MASTER COLORISTS’ that stylists JUST say that! WOW ! WHAT AN INSULT TO ALL OF THE GOLDWELL MASTER COLORISTS! My client RAN out the door and immediately texted me, took the first flight home to get her done. Don’t ever assume by looking at someone that they are not important! Everyone matters!

It never fails, from the moment I walk in the door, I start to relax. The atmosphere is so soothing. Jenny is my favorite for facials and Rosie for my pedicures. They are both professional and exceptionally talented.

Do not waste time or money at this place! Such a rip-​off! I have never written a review this lengthy but I just left feeling so annoyed… I got a gel manicure (the website said it’s $ 35) and had my hair washed since I didn’t have time for a full blowout… when it was time to pay the owner charged $ 62!!! I asked why it was so much and she said that the manicure is $ 45, I pointed out that the website says $ 35 but her response was ««we need to change that» …so that means I also paid $ 17 for just a hair washing, nothing else, left with wet hair… btw it was also the absolute worst gel manicure I’ve ever gotten (the girl who did it was very sweet)
