Lead by Pastor Dana Narring the church family of Faith Lutheran Church is committed to empowering all to know Jesus Christ and the salvation of the gospel. Our mission begins right here at home in Punta Gorda, Florida.

For those of Gods children that are able and willing to join us in fellowship we provide growth in faith and love through study and day to day practice of God’s Word.

History

Established in 1973.

From humble beginnings in a local storefront. .. to ‘weathering’ a terrible hurricane (Charlie) in 2004, the members of Faith Lutheran Church have continued to open their arms to serving the community and building lasting friendships in and around worship and fellowship. Rev. Dana Alan Narring, MDiv has been our pastor since 2009 and brings a great deal of love, support, and compassion as he leads us in God’s Word and shares his gifts of preaching, teaching, and other musical talents. We have a traditional Sunday service (9:30am) and a Contemporary Saturday service (5:30pm). .. plus many other opportunities to grow in Faith. .. and serve Him!

Meet the Manager

Rev Dana N.

Manager

Serving in his 19^th year of Ministry, Pastor Narring has helped shape our Mission & Vision at Faith with his previous business experience, hospice chaplaincy (7 years), as well as serving as head pastor (11 years) in congregations in both Missouri and Florida. He is a 1996 Master of Divinity graduate of Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, Missouri. He is a gifted teacher, preacher and has been a presenter at the Florida Hospice and Palliative Care Association Annual Forum. He is a certified Prepare/​Enrich Counselor and assists new couples in discussing important issues before marriage.
