History

Established in 2012.

I started my business officially in January of 2012 in my hometown of Vancouver Washington. My family relocated to Pueblo West Colorado in August of 2014. My interest in photography as an art, began when my daughter was born (2002). I wanted to capture all those precious moments, those little details and complexities that made her unique and beautiful. My passion for photography grew more and more as each of my three children were born. Soon, friends were asking me to photograph their children. I developed my own style and photography became a great outlet for me, a way of expressing myself. When my babies started school I decided it was time to pursue my passion full time. While I’m mostly self taught, the photography industry is constantly changing and I never stop learning and evolving. I have taken several workshops/courses to help with my constant artistic growth. ~Lisa

Hi there! Thanks for stopping by! I’m Lisa McLachlan and here is a little bit about me…

I’m a mother of three. I have a beautiful teenage daughter, and two boys that keep me on my toes. I’m a HUGE animal lover. I have a Labradoodle named Tabor, Two sweet guinea pigs and a baby bird (budgie) Rico who is learning how to talk. I started my photography business officially in January of 2012 in my hometown of Vancouver Washington. My family relocated to Pueblo West Colorado in August of 2014. I miss the ‘City life’ but I’m LOVING all this sun! Sure beats the rainy pacific northwest!
