Subway

I’ve stopped in for a sub in occasion since moving in to the area. One guy is real nice and usually here when I stop in. He was just about to head out when i came with my wife and son and actually stayed for a few more minutes to help his coworker out.
The young lady working was rude to her coworker then once he left she complained about him to other customers and started saying how some things there were stupid and that nobody listens to her.
She seemed very into herself and full of complaints so I’m giving a 3 star rating instead of a 4. This girl was so childish and hard to listen to and ignored an older customer who was waiting for her to help him finish his order since he also wanted chips but she didn’t ring them up so he needed to pay before taking them. He said oh well and went to eat with the two woman he was with instead of waiting any longer.

I always have good luck here, the employees are willing to help at their soonest availability and have always been fast and convenient.

Everytime I go to subway I feel like my business is so unappreciated. The employees don’t smile at all, it’s like they don’t care. Poorest customer service I’ve ever seen. I’ve worked in several different restaurant chains without customer service your restaurant is crap
