Why would anyone want to attend an ESL school that doesn’t know the definition of «homophone»…
It’s kind of hard to «help students from all cultures and walks of life» when you’re so homophobic that you can’t even see past the prefix of a grammatical term in the language that you claim to be experts in teaching.
