It’s a bakery/café with a consistently solid culinary performance. Good bread, tasty sandwiches and tempting baked goods at a responsible price.

Decent food. Long wait to order and then a slightly long wait for the food. I was told the sandwiches are pre-made so I couldn’t adjust a sandwich to my liking. We went in a group of 5. One person had hair in her soup and then we discovered her ice in her water was flithy. I personally wouldn’t eat at the Provo location again.

I came here and ordered 6 pre-made baked goods. It took a half hour of waiting followed by less then a minute of them actually putting the cake and cookies I ordered together. one person just stood there doing nothing. their food is great, but I will never go back to watch people just stand around doing nothing.

Kneaders seems to be a household name in Utah, it is fairly good. The pricing is ok, if you get a special it could be worth it(I.e. All you can eat French toast on Saturday mornings) but it is not anything crazy special. The employees are ok, there is one really good girl who works the drive in the morning at their location in Provo by the hospital. I have never been impressed with the management who always seem to be rash. It’s also always packed on the weekends so just be ready.

I absolutely love kneaders. I go there often to several different locations. Sandwiches are a must! However, there is a young blond woman who works at this specific location who seems as if she doesn’t like me for some reason. Every Time I have gone here she refuses to help me, even if others around me are requesting that she service me & I have been numerous times & she still treats me the same. It kind of ruins the experience for me which is unfortunate because I would go here more often if there was better service. I leave feeling upset, sad, & like an inconvenience.

Ordered two cups of soup in the drive thru line. Waited 15 minutes to get them. Customers in the store were getting helped quicker. Expressed frustration to the employee at the window. She only gave excuses. No apology. When we pulled out the soup cups one had been spilled(before we got it). Not a good. At least the soup was hot.

Kneaders is good. This location is not the best. It’s smaller and the service is not as friendly but it’s still kneaders!

I’m normally very happy to go to Kneaders, but the employees at this store are very unpleasant and rude. I tend to order dinner, along with all my coworkers, from the hospital next door and they very often miss things in our orders and make very difficult to order over the phone because they simply don’t answer.

All 3 stars are because of the French toast. The service is okay. But anything you order is too bland, in my opinion. I wish they’d use more spices in their sandwiches, soups, and everything else. But again, the French toast is the redeeming factor.

This location is poorly run on so many levels. Take out orders are often wrong. Wait times are way too long and their coffee is never fresh. Not the keenest workers here too. A great chain otherwise.

Nope, everything about this location is terrible. Horrible, horrible service. I tried several times since is the closest Kneaders from my house. Today I prefer drive 10 extra minutes and go to the one in Orem. This place is dirty, old.

I like a lot about kneaders. However on occasion they are out of something and it’s a bit off-putting. And if you go through the drive thru it takes FOREVER. Otherwise, the food is tasty — just about all of it. So, not a bad option — even sometimes worth the wait.

Brother in law took me here the first time and came back with family. Very solid menu of tasty sandwiches. Only bummer was I wanted pastrami on one of the visits and they were out. Free bread samples by the register. Friendly, informed staff and plenty of delicious looking baked goods to take home. They even have drive thru for those in a hurry.

This is a very good place for sandwiches! I was amazed at how fresh the Avocado BLT was! I wish these were in Florida

This location can get pretty busy, but even when they are busy the food comes out quick and is always great. I have been here many times and I have never had anything I didn’t like. My favorite sandwiches are their TBA, chicken pesto, chicken salad, and turkey cranberry. They have really yummy soups as well, I love their Asiago bisque, it’s very unique and I honestly haven’t found it anywhere else or even been able to find a recipe for it. They have a different soup each day. They are known for their amazing french toast which really is amazing. It tastes almost like a cinnamon roll. I also love their sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches, so amazing. And not to mention all their amazing baked goods. Can’t go wrong here. Always fast and friendly service.

I don’t usually leave 5 star reviews, but Kneaders is about as good as it gets for its category. For the price and the quality of food, Kneaders gets a solid 5 stars. I probably come here 1 – 2 times a week and for good reason. I haven’t had something here that I don’t like. The two best options for first timers — french dip sandwich, or the chicken salad sandwich. I usually get it in a combo with the fully loaded potato soup(if available) and a drink(diet coke with fresh cut limes). The french dip a kneaders is one of the best around. Served on a fresh cut and fresh baked baguette and loaded with meat and cheese, i’m always full after finishing one. The au jus is incredibly flavorful and I almost want to drink it after my sandwich is good. The chicken salad sandwich on a croissant is also phenomenal. Great taste, tons of chicken, and just the right amount of everything else. The smoothies here also are worth mentioning. Tastes just as good as jamba juice. Also, the wide assortment of fresh pastries you can get at Kneaders is epic. Fruit tarts and eclairs are my go to. Make sure you get there a little early if you want there to be any left! Anyway, go to kneaders if you haven’t already. Lots of locations popping up all over Utah and i’m glad they are here to stay.

Went in this morning to get an omelette and some French toast. Both were a disappointment. The omelette was undercooked and had raw egg whites leaking out of it. It looked like some gross slime. The French toast was stale. It felt like the bread was a week old. I could barely chew through it. From here on out I’m sticking with Magleby’s Fresh for breakfast.

All I have to say is… FRENCHTOAST! ok thats not all. I LOVE their turkey/bacon/avocado salad! I order it with spinach instead of mixed greens and the balsamic dressing. Also, the bread is something to write home about. Every time my mom visits from Texas we come here at least once a day.

I’ve been to Kneaders a zillion times but never had the breakfast. This was a terrible mistake. The French Toast is AMAZING; It’s served with fruit and, no exaggeration, the best whipped cream I’ve ever had. A must try. As for the rest of the day, I could take it or leave it. There is always a huge line, the service is extremely hit or miss and I don’t think the food is worth the frustration when it’s a miss or the wait at anytime. If you’re craving good French Toast and nothing else will do, hit kneaders up but if al you want is a sandwich or a brownie, there are a dozen less wearisome options.
