History

Established in 2012.

Housing with Moxy started with a teenager earning money to go to scout camp. Not quite old enough to drive, and with lawns to mow, he loaded up a mower, trimmer, and gas can into a dusty wooden handcart. Equipment in tow, he pulled it down the street from neighbor to neighbor. Even though the handcart isn’t usually needed to get to the job anymore, it still represents our determination to offer comfortable apartments at affordable prices.

Meet the Manager

Victor M.

Manager

Victor worked for his grandpa’s plumbing business, in disaster and commercial cleanup, and in EMS at a city park. He studied statistics at BYU and works in public health alongside taking care of homes. He loves every opportunity to learn how to fix something, and if he can’t fix it, maybe it’s time to retire it.
