Business Owner

Russell F. Frederico, born in San Francisco and grew up in the Bay Area of California, has lived in Utah County since 1975. He graduated from BYU with a B.A. degree in 1975 and a Master’s Degree in 1979. He started a small landscape maintenance company in 1980. He now has over 30 years of extensive experience in horticulture expertise, grounds maintenance, and all phases of landscape and hardscape construction.
