If I could award 1⁄16 of a star, I would be generous.
By far the shadiest, possibly fraudulent body shop I’ve encountered. The owner offered to buy my totaled vehicle but when I refused, he went radio silent. His shop refused to release my totaled vehicle to my insurance company for almost THREE weeks. Call after call was made by myself and the insurance company with no response, and the shop was always «closed.» This delay caused me to have to rent a vehicle for those three weeks, costing me almost $ 1000 out of pocket, all because of spite, ego, unprofessionalism, or all three.
Steer clear of accidents but more important, this shady establishment which btw, is now called centric collision center.

Best accident ever! It sounds funny to say it that way, but this place is awesome!
I got hit on Tuesday. I checked Unilocal and found Central Body Shop had great reviews. I stopped by Wednesday morning without an appointment, but Aaron had an estimate ready for me in less than 10 minutes. He was even nice enough to bring it out to the car for me so I didn’t have to unbuckle all my kids.
They ordered the bumper and I dropped off my car Thursday morning about 8:30am. He called back around 2:30 to say it ws ready.
The van looks great, the price was right and the timing was perfect.
I hope I never have another accident, but if I do, this is the place I’m taking my car.

I had an awesome experience here. My bumper got smashed from a rear-​end accident. I dropped off my car on Thursday night, and it was ready by Friday morning. They matched the color perfectly, and they even rushed the order for me since I was heading out of town on Saturday. I highly recommend this shop.

Fixed my bumper in one day and were the lowest price quoted. Looks like I drove it off the line today. Overall a very good experience, and one that I would recommend. I’m glad that I stopped by.

I’ve got this Honda CR-​V that has been in a car accident every year since I’ve owned it. Don’t worry Ive only crashed it one of those times. The other times its been my wife, my sister, and my friend. Needless to say, I’ve been to a couple of different auto body shops to get my car repaired.
Central body shop has been my favorite shop to go to out of any of them. The staff is very friendly, and the one time I had a problem with a repair they took the car back and fixed the problem that day.
They seem to get very busy around the winter time especially after snow storms, but this is because they are the best service around for auto repair. If you need collision repair done on your car this is the shop to go to in Provo.
They also have a deal worked out with some car insurance companies that they are the claim adjuster so you don’t have to deal with getting a claim adjuster out to look at your car before you get it fixed. They will directly bill the insurance company and you don’t have to play middle man.
