Great way to get through town if you’re going more than a few blocks. I used them for a tour of the west end of town and back to my hotel on the east end, great fun, nice driver (Zhana). It was a hot, humid, muggy day, but the breeze of moving at ten or twelve miles an hour was comfortable, and maybe 20mph down hill.
Highly recommend if walking longer distances is not comfortable.
Pay by perceived value, no fare structure involved.

The drivers are super nice and willing to take you on an extended tour of the area.
Open April through October, on an as needed basis.
