This massage experience was great! The ability to choose my own aromatherapy, music and lotion type was a treat (try that at a spa). Will took the time to learn where my pain points were and was concerned if I had any injuries he should be aware of. The massage itself was great. The pressure was exactly as requested. All in all this was a great experience that I will seek out on future trips here.

There are so many reasons to go to Provincetown on vacation, but what I look forward to the most is waking up and going to the Boatslip to practice yoga with Will Coons. I’d follow him anywhere. Will strikes a great balance of stretching and challenging his students during class. His sense of humor adds a dimension that you won’t find in any other studio and lightens the day. Will Coons is a warm, intelligent and humorous human being who just happens to be the most gifted massage therapist I have ever come across. Will listens to you, and he respects your needs, and translates all you give him into some really amazing healing. I went to Will’s yoga class at the Boatslip at 7:30, then had a massage at 9:30, and I felt transformed. Will explained what he would be doing during the massage after listening to the description of my back aches; he also has a large music selection and aromatherapy options. My annual visit to PTown has included a massage by Will three times now, and next year I am thinking of booking him twice. Hands down (or hands-on) the best masseur I’ve ever experienced. Will Coons is wonderful! Visited him recently for a massage on my birthday, and he was great. He really lets you customize your massage with music, aromatherapy, pressure, etc. I told him about some pain I’d been having on my back and he really focused on that and made it feel a lot better. I think I will have to book a massage with him every time I visit PTown!

Will Coons is an outstanding massage therapist and I had a wonderful experience with him. Will was generous with his time: he saw me in the evening – and on very short notice – when I was in the midst of an extremely painful total back spasm. He was gentle and kind from the outset, and took me through every step of what he was going to do. I never felt rushed or on the clock. He asked me which oils and scents I would prefer, then proceeded to identify where my pain was located after patiently listening to my concerns. His knowledge of the human body was impressive; I felt like I was having a true body work session instead of a regular massage. I would also add that his rates are very reasonable. Will is a healer, and I am pleased to recommend him very highly.

I’ve been seeing Will for massage for a number of years, and it is always one of the highlights of my trip to Provincetown. Some massage therapists are truly gifted healers, and Will is one of them. Over the years, I’ve arrived at Will’s doorstep with aches and pains in different parts of my body and he’s always had a great touch, whether the offending part is a back or a neck or a leg. Will really listens to your needs, and consistently addresses them. You will even have a choice of massage oils and music, or no music at all. I only wish that I could visit him more frequently throughout the year!

I was casually looking for a place to do yoga or Pilate’s while I was on vacation in P-town for a Saturday-Saturday week this summer. Didn’t have much luck in my various strolls around town until Tuesday when I happened-into the StillPointWithin studio in the Whaler’s Wharf complex.
Everything everyone has said here about Will’s classes are true. He is a skilled, knowledgeable, socially-responsible, humorous and intuitive teacher. He is also a wonderful massage therapist. After working out at his studio Tuesday-Thursday, he gave me a great massage on Friday that worked out all my kinks and got me in a perfectly-balanced state for my LONG flight home on Saturday.
I highly recommend him to everyone that wants to experience fun, challenging classes and a very talented massage therapist all rolled into one person.

During the past couple of weeks I have taken several yoga classes with Will Coons that he has been offering at the Provincetown Community Ctr. The winter classes are a great opportunity to focus on technique, since the classes tend to be small. I can honestly state that my body joints feel the benefits creating strong sensation of ease of movement throughout the day. Will has a terrific positive style and the level of yoga is geared to the participants of each class. I have also taken a number of the classes he offers outside during the summer overlooking the harbor. I only wish my summer schedule permitted full participation in that series. His classes are a great opportunity for anyone to relax the stresses of a day.

I’m very glad to say Will offered an awesome massage to my partner’s first massage ever! I talked with Will beforehand and he talked Jonathan through his concerns and what he was hoping the massage would cover. Will listened, and gave my partner his inaugural massage session with five stars… so good that we mentioned to another good friend (who also had never had a massage) and Will was kind enough to schedule a massage with this friend too! Next year I’m scheduling one for sure-Will is kind, patient, and really listened to these two newbies-I recommend him fully!

Imagine starting your morning with yoga, sunrise over a beautiful harbor, and just enough humor to put a smile on your face. This is what Will’s 8am M.W.F. classes at the Boat Slip are all about. Will is an articulate gifted practitioner, trained at Kripalu, yet he lightens up the practice with just the right amount of Provincetown irreverence — reminding us all not to take ourselves to seriously. Having practiced yoga for 13 years with many instructors, I can say his classes are excellent and are friendly for all levels of students. Rain or shine, I always walk away happy that I was there!
