History

Established in 1975.

by Jerry A. Sansiveri (1934 – 2007), a respected member of the business community, Sansiveri, Kimball & Co., L.L.P. (Sansiveir) has been providing a comprehensive range of accounting and tax services to clients in RI and Southern New England since 1975. Jerry retired at the end of 1999 and from 1999 until 2009, the firm was under the management of John J. McNamee. Under John’s leadership, the firm continued to grow and expand. In 2010, Sansiveri welcomed its third managing partner, Michael A. DeCataldo. Michael has over 38 years of tax, accounting and financial planning expertise, and has served as the managing member of SK Wealth Management, L.L.C. (the firm’s fee-​only financial planning arm) since its inception in 1998. Michael continues Jerry’s philosophy of «firm first», a true team approach that places the best interests of each and every client first and foremost, above everything else.
