Have been trying since the winter for an appointment and can’t even get a call back! I have even sent emails and left messages at all different times! Frustrating!

I love massage! (Who doesn’t?). I came to know, Tracie a year ago. Since then, I am very regular. Tracie is very professional and caring. She is excellent in her massage techniques. I highly recommend Tracie to anyone for massage!

I agree with the reviewer that’s been trying to get in touch with Massage by Tracie. I have tried repeatedly at no avail. I also reached out to Groupon and they reached out on my behalf. On two occasions they advised they got through and I’d hear back from someone but I never did. Unprofessional is right. Don’t think Groupon should support this business. Shameful!

If I could give Massage by Tracie 0 stars, I would. I have been calling and leaving voice messages for MONTHS, and also several emails. No response. Very unprofessional. I am sorry, but even if you are extremely busy, you can still find time to return phone calls to people interested in booking with you. I do not really like writing negative reviews but I felt the need to warn other people not to waste their time. I have a Groupon and have just written to them to refund my money. If this is how Tracie runs her business, then it will not be around for long.
