Extreme Reconditioning

A very close friend gifted me a detail… and boy was it worth it! My cadillac was in rough shape! I had ink on the leather, what i think was vomit on the center back consol, and the carpets looked terrible! After Norman did his magic the car has never looked better… ink…GONE…carpets BEAUTIFUL leather… RECONDITIONED! I highly recommend this business! My car looks like it just rolled out the showroom! I purchased an Amazon groupon type of voucher for Extreme Reconditioning to have my car detailed. I made an appointment about 3wks ago because that was their first available appointment, dropping my car off Sunday afternoon to pick it up Monday. I called them Sunday afternoon to let them know I would be there at 4:30. He said «fine, just call us when you get here and if nobody is there I will have someone meet you to take the car». I go to the address listed on the Amazon voucher. No one is there. I didn’t even see a shop or anything that said «Extreme Reconditioning». So I call the two numbers listed on the voucher. I called about 10 times. Nobody picks up and, worse, I get a message that says mailbox is full and can’t take voicemails and I can’t even leave a message. So I texted the number, again with no response. REMEMBER, I told him I would be coming at that time. After wasting hours of my day driving over there and trying to get a hold of them, I left. The next morning I get a casual text response saying I need to go to a different location. After expressing my displeasure of him blowing me off and wasting hours of my day he… Well rather then describe the conversation, you can see it for yourself. Then ask yourself if this is a person that you want to trust with your car.

I scheduled an appointment with Norman (the owner) on the phone to have my car detailed. It’s worth noting that I made the appointment 1-​month in advance, not by choice, but because he was booked and could not fit me in for 30-​days.
After waiting 1-​month, when I showed up for my 9:00am appointment the garage was closed and no one answered the door when I knocked. Since the business was obviously closed, I called and no one answered the phone either. I left a message saying that I was at the door and asked for someone to call me back. I waited for at the location for another 15-​min — no one called me and the business remained closed. I called again and no one answered so I left another message saying that I could not wait any longer and requested that someone call me to reschedule. It’s been 3-​days and no one has called.
I took time off from work to get my car detailed and it was all for nothing. One other note — the location is a bit sketchy and finding it is difficult because there’s no signage. The only reason I knew I was at the right place was because of a business card sized sign next to the door that you must get out of your car in order to read.

I brought in my 2009 Highlander to be detailed. Norman was very personable and very professional when both making the appointment and doing the work on the automobile. The results were excellent, it looked brand new. I have recommended Extreme Reconditioning to friends and family and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Took my 2013 Honda Accord to be detailed since I received a gift voucher for my birthday this past December. I spoke with Norman on the phone when I made my appointment and he was ready and waiting for me on the morning of my appointment. I found him to be personable and professional. My car came back to me before the estimated time and looked as if it just rolled off the showroom floor. I will definitely recommend Extreme Reconditioning and I will definitely bring my car back!

Took my 2014 Chevy Avalanche in on the recommendation of a friend and was very pleased with the work done. I have a black truck with black leather interior and I have two yellow lab dogs. I try to keep up with vacuuming but it is mission impossible. The truck came back to me spotless and looking like it just drove out of the showroom. Totally recommend this business — hard working owner does a great job. You need to call and make appointment as he is understandably busy.
