The customer service department is a bit slow, but not too bad. When you enter the building, you have to come up the stairs and bear right towards a hallway. At the end of the hallway, you sign up and wait to be called.
The CSR greets you and lets you know that the conversation is being recorded. The times I have been there, it has been effective and any issues I’ve had .have been resolved.
There is customer parking in the plaza right before the building and also in the garage.
