Ben & Jerry’s is never a bad choice… The sweet smell of freshly made waffle cones hits you as soon as you walk into the store. I ordered the Addicted to Chocolate shake. It was great! My friend ordered the Berry Nice smoothie and unfortunately it wasn’t as great. Our server was extremely friendly but had only prepared two smoothies prior to this. The prices for a smoothie and a shake are a little high but we knew what we were getting into.

Small place. BUT… very friendly service. And you can’t go wrong because its Ben & Jerry’s, it’s obviously out of this world good. Can smell the waffle cones from the street which is a huge plus!

I love walking by and smelling the freshly made waffle cones! We’ve been here more than a few times and although Ben & Jerry’s is a little pricey, it’s always worth it (well, only when the scooper isn’t stingy). The service is always great, friendly and speedy even when there’s a longish line. If you’re ordering a milkshake make sure to note whether you want it thick or not.

Quick friendly service. We’ve come in numerous times for ice cream cakes for various celebrations, and because it’s Ben & Jerry’s, it’s consistently good. You can get in and out within just a few minutes– choose a cake from the freezer, have it decorated and paid for and be on your way. This place always smells of delicious waffle cones. There are only a few tables so not much seating/​the most accommodating for large groups but the location can’t be beat. If you’re in the Thayer area and need a break/​pick me up/​just want ice cream, stop in here for sure.

Let me just say I really appreciate when people are accommodating for food allergies. When I told our server that I had a nut allergy, she handed me a menu of nut free flavored, opened up a brand new carton in front of me, and grabbed a clean scoop from the back. This means so much! It has been forever since I’ve gotten ice cream from a shop for this reason. Thank you Ben and Jerrys!
