Atlantic Driving Training Academy

After reading the reviews on this school years ago I was hesitant to call. The reviews are right even years after she’s so rude and ignorant! They were supposed to get back to me one week and never did so I called the next week Wednesday and no answer, Thursday I called and left a message wondering when I was going to get started. She (Carol) had the nerve to leave me a very rude voice message saying first of all and 2^nd and another thing! I called the school back and for once got an answer & I told her about herself! No school should be so hard to get a hold of and when you finally get a hold the ladies so ignorant and rude. She must have thought about it and she called me back but I told her I was all set I don’t want to deal with any business that’s run like hers so she hung up on me. I wouldn’t recommend it at all the lady is real rude and she’s a real bitch! From the reviews from years ago I would have thought things changed but everyone was right, terrible business. I would give it no stars

I called Atlantic driving school for class & price information. A woman picked up and yes, she was very offensive. Not being one to take that kind of treatment, I fired back & from there, the offensive woman relaxed her attitude. The offensive woman even became reasonably friendly… enough that I initially decided on taking classes here. Unfortunately (for the school), I called twice more & got an answering machine twice more. After the last unsuccessful attempt to call, I decided to move on.
No school should be such a pain in the ass to reach and carelessly offensive when you do reach them.

I really liked this school. I gave them a call and although I didn’t leave a message got a prompt call back from the receptionist. My teacher, Ray, was super nice, patient and taught a lot in a short period of time (3 classes). Although in the exam there’s no parallel parking I asked Ray if we could practice that anyway and we did. I took my test this Friday and I’m very happy to say I passed. The price for the classes are 80 $ for a two hour session and you can choose how many classes you want to take. I would definitely recommend this school.

Extremely rude! I was trying to get basic information from the women who works there and she was not helpful at all. I asked her many questions, being new to the driving school world. She had answered them back as if I had no brain. I felt like I was getting a lecture from her. I was just trying to give her some business but ended up cutting her off because she was that rude. Poor customer service… stay away
