Wonderful! Fast, honest, and reliable. I dealt with Mr. Rooters initially, but they did the old bait and switch quoting one price, then tripling it. I called Joe after seeing the good review on Unilocal,and I’m glad I did. He showed up a couple of hours after we spoke to take a look at my gas heater, which he said Mr. Rooters was totally wrong it wasn’t the coupler and zillion other things they added, it was the gas valve. He fixed it quickly and charged $ 315 for everything. This is versus the initial Mr. Rooters price of $ 644 and the highway robbery they were trying to charge with $ 1,800. It’s so stressful to find a good repair person, so I’m really thankful I found Joe. I can’t recommend him enough… total lifesaver!

Absolutely positively love these guys. I have worked with them for over 4 years. They installed central air conditioning units and also repaired and eventually replaced our propane furnace.
They respond quickly by phone, depending on the severity of the problem schedule prompt service call. Prices are reasonable, and they don’t charge for every little thing. They are excellent at diagnosing and repairing difficult problems. They are pleasant, clean up after their work, I really couldn’t ask for more.
