Hideaway Boarding Kennels

They took great care of our anxious pup. I was nervous reading mixed reviews it’s kind of in the middle of no where looks like a compound but the workers were so kind and so patient. They were no bothered when I called every day to check on her. They even washed her blanket before pick up I would use them again

I have been taking my dog to this facility for three years. They were always so good to Miley and she acted like she had a good time. This past boarding experience was not at positive. It seems that they are under new management since November. The staff is all new and they appear have minimal animal care knowledge. I provided Miley food in packages to be fed twice daily. Two packs a day for the number of days she would be at the kennel. I got home and found 6 packs of food in her container. I can only guess that the staff did not feed twice daily the entire time. Miley did not act herself on the way home or that night. She whimpered all the way home to Allen. After I got her home she would not let me out of her sight. She is a sweet and active little dog but she acted scared. I would not board Miley at this facility again. I will be looking around for another kennel to use when I travel. My Mom used the same kennel with her dog Max. Her experience was not good. Her dog is still following her around the house like something went wrong at the Kennel.
Any recommendation for boarding in Collin County.

I have been bringing my dogs here for 7 years, and I love them. They have taken care of my aging dogs and my little puppies and everything in between. My dogs actually run in and are ready to stay, and that makes me feel good. These are good people, and they care for my pets. It gives me such peace of mind when I have to leave them — even last summer, when we were gone for almost two weeks! Thank you.
