Hi,
I have never written a review before other than when I have been very satisfied with a company. I went to the UPS store to scan 15 pages to email to myself and was charged over $ 13. This simple act should cost $ 3 at most and the price was not given to me until after this was completed.
The employees should tell the consumer upfront the costs of what a service will be before it is completed. I hope this is corrected in the future before other consumers are scammed.
