History
Established in 1977.
Originally opened on Bardstown Road long before it was Louisville’s dining destination, Bristol Bar and Grille helped define the area and the city as the foodie destination. In addition to the original Highlands location, we operate restaurants downtown, in Prospect, on N. Hurstbourne Parkway, along the river in Jeffersonville as well as Bristol Catering.
