History

Established in 1960.

The Trieste Was started by the Polselli family in 1960 as a Family neighborhood restaurant. It is still owned by the Polselli family operated today by Anthony and Paulette Polselli. The same care taken to prepare every dish in 1960 is the same love and care we take today. With over 50 years of success, we look forward to many more.
