I have been going to Dr Beck for quite a few years. And I would like to say just how pleasant of an experience it has been. Just so very professional. I always get a reminder call the day before, which I appreciate. The staff is so very courteous and considerate. And I recently had a dental emergency. I broke a tooth and split it down to the nerve. Pretty intense pain. This was at 2 am. I called Dr Beck and he answered the phone. I would like to add that it was kind of miserable out, snowing and blowing. But he met me at his office at 4 am and took care of things. Just how rare is service like this? So, a big thank you to Dr Beck and his staff. Just Awesome!

I’m going to share something very personal here. I have a severe phobia. I’m afraid dentists. Yes, when I have to go to the dentist I get a stomach ache, anxiety, sometimes even heart palpitations. It’s probably due to my traumatic childhood dental visits. Hundreds of them– all painful. I can’t even hear a drill like noise without shuddering. But now things are different. Now I go to Dr. Beck.
Let me walk you through the whole experience. As you glance around the waiting room, you will notice the awesome selection of really good magazines and secretly hope that it takes a long time for them to call you. Then you detect the aroma of fresh coffee, oh, there’s also tea-​to go along with your cookies! Or you might just curl up on the cozy couches and watch TV.
Just as you get cozy with the latest edition of ‘People’ magazine, they ly call you (snap!) and escort you into your «room». Dr. Beck has such a wonderful «chair-​side» manner, the time just flies. He’s a wonderful conversationalist and will even stop what he’s doing to your teeth and pause so that you can respond. Here’s the bonus– he’s really good at what he does. He’s an excellent dentist and he’s honest. If you are having a painful procedure, he will take mercy on you and give you the laughing gas to distract you from the Novocaine. He makes sure that you’re not suffering.
If that weren’t enough– his staff is incredible. They are the nicest, friendliest people with the utmost professionalism and top notch customer service. Everyone works as a team to make your experience positive.
