Michael’s true calling is optimizing business models, and he thoroughly enjoys working with business owners and their emerging leaders to maximize opportunities to grow the business profitably. Michael lives in the Twin Cities area in Minnesota with his wife Jeannie, and his three sons, Jake, Zack, and Luke, where he works hard to maintain a healthy work/​life balance. Michael and the family make time for mountain biking, skiing, traveling, hockey games, exploring the great outdoors with their two dogs, Dakota and Izzy, and attending great concerts all over the world (Van Morrison in Scotland in 2012 was a highlight, and in 2013, Michael and Jake attended Eric Clapton’s Crossroads Guitar Festival at Madison Square Garden). Michael has a passion to coach his clients to serve their customers in a game changing way and to build equity in their business by executing with distinction.
