I found this vender through groupon and made my appointment a few weeks in advance. The cleaners showed up about 2 hours late. I paid an additional fee to have extra windows cleaned which I was expecting and fine with however the windows were not cleaned well and I had to ask them to redo several windows. They also damaged a screen severely to the point of needing replacement. The guy who did clean the window was nice so I was hesitant in writing the review. However, I do not pay for nice people to come to my home and make damages but rather pay for people to complete a job and do it well. Unfortunately that was not the case.
