History
Established in 1998.
Tre Piani has been in the forefront of farm to table dining in New Jersey. The chef and owner, Jim Weaver started one of the first chapters of The International Slow Food Movement in New Jersey in 1999 about a year after the restaurant opened. Since then the restaurant has garnered many great reviews and awards. Jim has also written a book about his experiences called Locavore Adventures. Tre Piani is open for lunch and dinner six days a week. Tre Bar is the newest addition and offers a sexy lounge and small plates menu along with over thirty wines by the glass.
