Charged $ 150 for a 15 minute visit where our pilot light had gone out on the coldest night of the year. The invoice said it included a «diagnostic». No such «diagnostic» occurred. The technician opened up the furnace door and then came upstairs to ask me for a lighter with which to re-light it. Price gouging at its best.
