Called today 08÷28÷15 for a labor quote about getting an oil pan replaced on a 2000 Honda civic ex 1.6
Was told I would get a call back in 1 – 1.5 hours. 2 hours had past, so I called back to inquire about my quote. Was told that «he got sidetracked and forgot», I said «no problem». He said «ill call you back in a few minutes and figure it out for you and call you back». Well, he never called me back. They had two chances to get my easy buisiness and they failed. Everyone else I called in the northern metro was able to give me a quote in 10 seconds or less on my inital phone call to them. 2 stars for the professional sound of the employee who took my call, the only thing pisitive from my experience today.

Honest, trustworthy, and fair. I drive from coon Rapids to get service from Dave because of his excellent service. Business has wifi, coffee, couches and a restroom for waiting. Highly recommend.
