After living in Philadelphia and being spoiled by their phenomenal pizzerias, it was difficult finding a pizza spot that could compete. When we moved to South Brunswick, I honestly thought(well still kind of do) that there’s barely any good food around — with the exception of Roman’s! Hands down, the best pizzeria pizza in the area… and that’s coming from a die hard pizza lover. I’ve tried multiple take out pizzas on Rt 27 and 130, but Roman’s is the best around. Their slices are not TOO thin, yet crispy like NY pizza and their crust is bready and thick. Their Sicilian slices are fluffy and tasty too! Their garlic knots taste fresh and soft — buttery and delicious! I usually ask for extra marinara sauce on the side, and they give you a different sauce — not the pizza sauce. This marinara is a bit watery, but that’s the only thing I have found that they could improve on. Other than that, the food is consistently scrumptious. I’ve sat there and ate their ready made slices, ordered one pie and ordered multiple pies for parties — each time, they were done perfectly. Each time I’ve come in the employees were courteous and friendly. They made conversation with me and made lots of jokes while I waited for my food to be ready, which makes me want to come back because they’re so welcoming.

We’ve had Roman’s pizzas a few times and were pleased each time. Their thin, crispy crust is perfect and toppings are just right. Staff is very attentive and courteous when we dine in. We had delivery most recently — great pizza(still nice and hot!) and very courteous, friendly driver. Would definitely recommend. Glad we have a great pizza joint near us!

This is a basic Pizza joint, they are the closest Pizzeria near my customer’s site so I drop in a few times a year. They have a big screen TV in the dining area but as I remember they have soap operas on or TV drama’s. Dude’s put some sports on that thing. The place as I recall is clean. The portions are ample and fairly priced. There is plenty of parking. I recommend this place as a matter of convenience and proximity to Route 1 and Randolph road,

Really? This is a pizzeria to be found in Pennsylvania, not in NJ. Oh wait, it’s next to the Pennsylvania Dutch Farmers Market so what a coincidence! Starting with the pizza, it’s doughy and they use low-cut ingredients. Hot and cold subs are sub-par, you don’t get a lot and you pay more than you would at other places. If you’re looking for pizza and hot subs, drive 15 miles north to Milltown and points north. For cold subs, go to Hoagie Haven in Princeton. Truly a travesty this place exists and patrons are okay with it. Truly a difference once you cross into South Brunswick from North Brunswick it seems…

Really nice people here. The pizzas are tasty with a good thin crust, and the salads are fresh, though boring. Haven’t tried any pasta dishes yet.

Consistently good. Such a rare attribute. Very good pizza, good sauce, great bread, great sandwiches, good cheese steaks, good fries. Nice people that work there as well.
