I’ve been here twice for an eye exam and contact lens fitting. Both of the doctors are very kind and professional. The lady at the desk is very nice, and helped me fully understand my insurance and how to get the best deal on my contact lens purchase. They also gave me some samples of lens solution, which is great for travel. Great service!

Very pleased with my experience here. The doctor and staff were both super friendly and helpful throughout. Dr. Tullo explained the how my eyes were progressing and even offered info/advice on extraneous eye issues(allergies, sensitivity to light, etc.). And no one tried to tack on an extra contact-lens exam I didn’t need(I only wear glasses). Yes, the sales staff is a bit pushy, but I’ve never seen an optometric office that doesn’t try to get you to buy their stuff. I wanted to shop around elsewhere and get some input before buying a new pair of glasses, so I politely asked for a copy of my prescription and they were happy to oblige. As long as they’re open and honest about your ability to buy elsewhere, I’m a happy customer!

Great experience and friendly staff. Both Dr. Tullo and his assistant communicated very clearly about what they were doing throughout the appointment.

There is currently a 1-star review and a 5-star review for this place, and I want to explain why I think this trend will continue. On the 5-star end, Dr. Tullo is fantastic. He is very intelligent and professional yet also funny and easy to talk to. Moreover, he really cares about his patients and it shows. For example, he agreed to come in at 8am the day before Thanksgiving(a day the office was officially closed) to see me for a post-LASIK checkup because it was the only time that worked for me. I can’t say enough good things about him. On the 1-star end, the guy who handles glasses sale there is a total snake. Even after telling him that I would only need my glasses for 2 weeks(as prep for an upcoming LASIK surgery), he would not stop trying to upsell me, pressuring me to purchase more expensive frames and lenses which would supposedly last longer. He just oozed user car salesman. Also, the staff at the main desk seem nice enough. Anyways, I expect reviews to continue to split on this place because of the above. However, I will still encourage you to come here because of the excellent doctor. Just have your guard up when you’re buying glasses.

This is an excellent place! All of the staff are extremely accommodating. Our family has been customers for 15 years now.

Pros: Friendly receptionist(Michelle) and eye doctor(Dr. Tullo). Cons: Horrible customer service from one of the associates. Blames the customer because he cannot adequately do his job correctly. I have been a loyal customer of 3 years and everytime I visit the store to get my glasses adjusted, one of the associates will refuse or hesitate to fix my glasses so I would have to wait for another associate(much younger) to adjust my glasses instead. 2 weeks ago, I went in to get my glasses adjusted and the associate was very rude and condescending. He came back with my glasses within a minute by just tightening the screws. My glasses were screwed on so tightly and crooked that I was horrified. He just shrugged and told me that it was my fault and other nonsense. I felt so humiliated being scolded in front of everyone in the store that I abruptly left the store and went to another Eye Care that took the time time and patience to measure and heat up my frames to adjust them. My friends, family, and I are never going to purchase glasses or get them adjusted there ever again after this horrible experience.

By mistake I wrote a review and was prompted to this business when I meant another very close in name and location(same street). I received the kindest report f rom the owner Dr. Tullo, informing me of my mistake. I can’t but write to make up this wrong. In our correspondence the peole from this office were sincere, kind and professional in showing me the error I had made of location. To them I apologize and to anyone needing glasses I would suggest highly that these are the types of individuals you can trust with your eyes and with whom you can talk about any problems. The next time I need glasses I DEFINITELY will go to the Optical Gallery, by then I hope I won’t feel as foolish as I do now. Use them folks they were so kind when they could have been the opposite. i tip my hat to ALLOFYOU!
