We stayed at the Westin Hotel for a night and had a very late dinner here. There were only a few people dining that evening and most were just having drinks. Only a few things were available to order from the menu because it was already very late, but it’s very helpful that they are able to accomodate guests way past regular hours.

Review for front staff only I stood waiting for a table when there were may 2 other customers in there, but it took them 20 mins to even acknowledge me… and even then I had to get their attention. May be they thought that I was just standing there as part of my daily yoga. I didn’t wanna know how much time before I get someone to take order, so I left.

Delicious lunch, good and friendly service. Brown rice stir fry with asparagus and organic egg was delicious, as was my wife’s flatbread. Nice find on way back home.

Despite the two-star rating, I went here because it was literally the only place open for Lunch in this industrial park /strip mall. It’s definitely a two-star place despite it being in the Westin and despite great attempts at a heart healthy menu with many gluten free options. So why so bad? They have the right elements in place but they do not work together. No one greeted us. We sat ourselves. Every table needed to be wiped down. It took about ten minutes to be acknowledged. There was lipstick(not mine) in my water glass. When we flagged a server down she said we weren’t her table. Then she came back and said she was. I got iced tea i didn’t order. My fries were cold. It was expensive but it is a hotel so I expected that. Fortunately the company was great and my veggie wrap was pretty good. It’s also a comfortable place and we didn’t feel rushed. But I’d probably opt to go to Princeton proper for lunch next time. Or go on a week day when there are other options.

Great, friendly, prompt service. Clean, well decorated and a very tasty meal. Red snapper with bok choy was great. The chipotle sauce served with the bread was yummy.

Parallel 40 is located in the Westin Princeton at Forrestal Village. It serves typical American food and looks fancy but low-key from the outside. On a rushed day we decided to eat here for what we were hoping would be a quick meal. This meal took FOREVER! I could tell everyone was disappointed that it took so long to get our food since we were only one of two tables in the restaurant. Additionally, I would say the burger I ordered was one of the worst burgers I’ve ever had! Nobody else was really that thrilled with their meal either. Needless to say, we only went here once and never came back. We would rather order Domino’s Pizza.
