I highly recommend using Mike and his team. Mike was very responsive to my many questions and his team was top notch. I have used movers before who were quite costly and did not provide the level of service provided by Mike and his team. On moving day they arrived on time and were very efficient without rushing. This was a relief to me as my prior experience with moving was not so great. They wrapped, disassembled and reassembled flawlessly. Great experience overall!

I used Movaholics to transfer the contents of a storage locker in Pennington to our home in Lawrenceville, NJ. They were really professional, fast and reasonably priced. It was great to be able to find a group of people who were willing to do a short distance move. Exceeded expectations. Highly recommended.

This review is a little overdue since I used Movaholics around 4 months ago (Jan 2016). I was moving my all my bedroom furniture from a house into an apartment. This included a queen sized bed, dresser, desk, night table, love seat sofa and many boxes. First, communicating with Michael online before the move was seamless. He responded pretty quickly and never left me hanging. Then, the price quoted for the service was very reasonable and competitively priced compared to many other moving companies I looked into. When Mike and his moving partner came, they were very courteous and swift with the entire move. The moving trailer was beautifully clean so I didn’t need to worry about my stuff getting disgusting. They also moved me to my new apartment so quickly and efficiently that my total came out to less than the quote. I would highly recommend them to anyone that’s considering!

These guys were awesome. Very efficient at wrapping up my stuff in blankets and then getting it safely down three flights of stairs and outside to a couple of moving/​storage boxes. They also packed the boxes really efficiently, almost squeezing everything into just one, and coming in right at the two-​hour minimum. I would definitely recommend Movaholics to my friends.

Michael and the team at Movaholics did a fantastic job with a recent local move of a small apartment in the greater Princeton/​Lawrenceville/​Plainsboro area. The quoted flat rate was reasonable, and they completed the job without any last-​minute surprises. They were right on time, worked very quickly, and my move was complete in a matter of hours. They took care to wrap all of the large or potentially fragile items with protective covers. Also, the team was extremely friendly and respectful, it was a pleasure to hire this company for the move. Michael also returned all of my text messages to confirm the move day appointment as it approached. I would highly recommend Movaholics. It seems Michael runs the company mainly on his own, so if he is away or on a job it may take a little while to hear back about the quote and scheduling. However, he followed through and everything worked out perfectly.

Michael and Sal did a great job moving our furniture across town from our former house to our new home. They were extremely courteous, friendly, and efficient. They brought all the right supplies and tools. They wrapped everything carefully and thoroughly, and drove really carefully through town so nothing was jostled or damaged. On reaching the destination, they put everything exactly where wanted, and even assembled items that we had taken apart for moving. Highly recommended!

I give Michael and his crew five stars! They are unbelievably professional, experienced, friendly, polite, and energetic! We have a lot of antiques and delicate items, and they handled them beautifully! I recommend them very highly! Don’t even call anyone else. Go straight to them! Moving is not easy, but they made the move much easier. They also have very reasonable rates.

Michael and one of his helpers helped me move from the Princeton area to a walk-​up in Astoria and I’d highly recommend his service. They were very responsive with giving me a quote for my move (I paid a flat rate for loading/​unloading and the roughly 2 hr drive) and leading up to the actual move. On the day of the move, Michael was incredibly punctual and wasted no time, but still managed to be extremely careful with my things. All my furniture was wrapped in blankets and secured and they also reassembled my furniture in my new apartment. I’m not sure if Michael does moves within NY, but if he does I would use his service again in a heartbeat.

Michael and his team were awesome. Helped me and my girlfriend move two separate apartments into one house an hour away. They were there on time and they took great care of all of our stuff. I recently moved not once but twice in 5 weeks. The first move was such a great experience I didn’t hesitate to contact the owner and use their service again. Michael and his crew are extremely professional, respectful and clearly strive for customer service excellence. Based solely on the numerous good reviews on Unilocal I hired Movaholics. Mike and his team arrived promptly at the appointed time. The job was to finish packing and load the 26 ft truck I had rented to transport my belongings from Freehold NJ to Buffalo NY. First thing was a quick walk through to see what still needed packing and to get an idea of the pieces of furniture and boxes that would be going. The whole team then set to work! Great care was taken to protect the Victorian home I was leaving. Packing was done very efficiently. Items were staged to simplify loading. Movaholics made me realize my only mistake was not having arranged for them to handle the entire long distance move! You won’t go wrong with these guys — you pay by the hour and they each work all 60 minutes per hour. Everyone in the crew went out of their way to do the very best job possible!

We hired movaholics to move us out of our 3 bedroom house into a larger house about 5 miles away. Not only did the owner and crew show up on time, the owner came the night before to help us plan the move and prepare some larger items. Crew was professional, efficient and honest. Nothing was damaged and they hustled right till the end. They deserved every penny and then some. I truly recommend their service to anyone in the area. As an added bonus they brought a large van and trailer for added moving space!

If I could give 10 stars I would! Michael and his large crew of guys were wonderful from start to finish (and then some!) we have done more than 10 cross country and local moves over the last 15 years and I would hire Michael for every move we ever do in the future if I could!
They were so conscientious. They were super careful with everything. They were efficient. They were incredibly friendly and nice to work with, to a person! They were on time, worked quickly, and were amazingly affordable!
The biggest indication of their incredible thoroughness I can give is what happened the day after our move. My husband had packed a small duffle with his last minute stuff (which he should have just put in the car, but he didn’t!) One of the movers put it inside a half packed storage bin that was next to it in the bedroom. We went crazy trying to find the bag the night of the move and the next morning. I frantically texted Michael to see if it was left on the truck, etc. He came by the next day before his next job to look around for it, and then brought his entire crew back later that day to help me pull the house apart looking for it. They finally found it in the bin, and while they apologized profusely for sticking it in there to begin with, the fact that they cared enough to spend that much time helping me look for it was really notable in my book.

I would definitely recommend using Movaholics for your move. Michael gave me a completely reasonable quote to move my one bedroom apartment. Unfortunately, due to a few issues, I had to keep moving the date and location. Michael was patient and kind through the whole process and I know I must have driven him crazy. When moving day arrived, it wasn’t easy as I had to add in an extra stop. Michael and Blake were really great and helped me out of a jam.
About 3 weeks later, they moved me out of storage and into my new apartment. Both of my moves went very smoothly and they were really careful with all of my belongings. Although I hope I don’t have to move again for awhile, Michael would definitely get my business again. He and Blake were really terrific.
Don’t call anyone else, just hire them!

Hired them to pack a truck for our move to Arizona and their work was flawless. After driving 2400 miles and hitting plenty of bumps in the road not one item shifted or was damaged. My wife and I highly recommend these folks!!!

I hired them to move me from Lawrence, NJ to South Plainfield, NJ. Mike (owner) and Blake arrived at agreed time, loaded my stuff carefully and arrived at my destination and unloaded carefully.
They were very meticulous in handling my stuff and did an excellent job. It was a very pleasant experience working with these guys.
I would definitely recommend them.
