Manager

Even though Jim Martin has only been in the insurance business a short time, he actually has over 24 years of industry knowledge. That’s what happens when you spend a lot of family dinners listening to your dad discuss the ins and outs of the family insurance business. After graduating from Rutgers Business School in 2006 with a degree in Finance, joining the company his father founded made perfect sense to Jim. After all, Martin doesn’t have the rigid structure of a large corporation, yet it offers opportunities to manage large projects and work with companies who are household names.
