History

Established in 2013.

Nicolas Loeb and a group of life-​long tutors launched Loeb Tutor in 2013. Before the company began, Loeb and his fellow tutors had a clear vision – to create a premier tutoring service that would be local, not corporate, and that would combine the best elements of all the tutoring companies and businesses they had encountered during their tutoring careers. Loeb and his fellow tutors understood that admissions exams can be stressful, not only for the students, but also for the parents: Parents want to ensure that their child will be receiving the best tutoring service available and the student, that he or she will be equipped with the techniques needed to conquer the ACT, SAT, GRE and/​or other admissions exams.

Loeb therefore created a local tutoring service that would not only ensure that the students will be learning the best and newest techniques for conquering their exams, but that the parents will also be able to have a premier, one-​on-​one tutoring alternative that they can trust.
