History

Established in 2015.

Local Mo’Joe Organic Café opened in June 2015 with coffee, smoothies, organic salads and baked goods. During the first six monthes we have expanded our menu to include cold and hot sandwiches, quiche, and housemade soup. We’ve also offered seasonal specials including the Pumpkin Patch Smoothie, hot chocolates, and fruit and nut oatmeal. Mo’Joe has participated in AutumnFest, Celebrate Princeton, Mercer Monster Mash as well as been host to many organizational and political meetings. The café has a weekly Acoustic Open Stage every Saturday from 2 – 4 pm where patrons get to enjoy our talented local musicians. Poetry Night is typically held the third Friday of every month. Next up… board game night. Local Mo’Joe is a place to relax, share your talents, your art, study, work, and meet with friends.

Amy and Ron partnered in early 2015 to bring you Local Mo’Joe Organic Café. Both of them could see the need for healthy food and vegetarian options in Princeton. There was also a need for comfortable, welcoming meeting space where community members can collaborate and share idea. Local Mo’Joe Organic Café is situated on Mercer Street where local entrepreneurs are working to revitalize the small business community.
