Bindi was very personal, but not the best fit for us in our real estate transaction.
We found that the response time was far longer than we experienced with other attorney’s.
Additionally, her knowledge on some topics was lacking in my opinion.
Lastly, the billable time for a For Sales By Owner contract which never made it past attorney review was high. We negotiated with the seller directly to expedite the discussion. We received an invoice for $ 540 for her services. It was not a postive experience for any sum of money.
I will not use Bindi again for any transaction.

We hired Bindi to do our wills. She was very helpful: explaining the purpose of different documents, explaining the language used, making changes to the drafts that we requested… We now have a complete set of wills and powers of attorney.
She was always quick to respond and courteous. She accommodated our schedules when scheduling the meeting for us to sign the documents.
We definitely recommend Bindi.
