My wife had her car towed to KPS. While we had a positive experience in the past, a new employee attempted to overcharge us for a simple repair – replacing a cracker radiator hose & tank. We called the dealership and their price was significantly cheaper. A private garage should not cost more than a dealership (the dealership agreed). KPS also charged us $ 45 to put fluid in a leaky radiator tank – why would you do that? Ultimately we got the repair done for $ 450 versus the $ 1200 KPS quoted. We will never go back to this place
