With a name like Dora’s Peruvian Chicken, how could it fail?

Things were much improved the second time around. Rice was perfectly cooked and it seems like they’ve put more thought into plating. Our server was also much more knowledgeable and on top of things, even though he was pretty much the only person taking care of roughly 5 tables that night.
I would bump this up to 5 stars, but the wait time to get the food still seems kind of high.
