History

Established in 1996.

Creative Computing was established in 1996 in Matawan, NJ. We were an educational software development company. In 1997 we relocated to Princeton, NJ. Also in 1997 we started offering technical support to schools and businesses. This service brought our focus towards the Macintosh. In 2000 we became an Apple authorized reseller and service provider with our first store at 221 Witherspoon Street in Princeton. IN 2005 we moved to 80 Nassau Street, also in Princeton. Nassau street helped us increase our exposure and our customer base. By 2001 we had grown enough for Apple to grant us the title of Apple Specialist. Being an Apple Specialist requires us to have an even nicer store and greatly improved customer service. To do this, we moved to our present Princeton location at 423 Wall Street, across from the airport. As I write this, it is August, 2013 and we are about to open our second store at 20 West Bridge Street in beautiful New Hope, PA.

Business Owner

I (Jeff) was born in Brooklyn NY. I started Kindergarten at age 4 and moved to Miller Place, Long Island in first grade (age 5). In 6^th grade I moved to Rocky Point. Rocky Point was really nice. Near the end of 9^th grade, my dad joined the Navy and we moved to Norfolk Virginia-​where I went to HIgh School. After High School, being from New York, I went to college at SUNY Buffalo, majoring in computer science. During that time, my family moved to Freehold, NJ-​and when I graduated college, I moved back home for a few months. At this time, I got my first professional job as a software developer where I worked for about 7 years. When I left, they helped me to start Creative Computing.
