I just took my dog Gucci here this morning and she’s a yorkie mix. Her hair was quite scruffy but she had no mats. We told them that we didn’t want her shaved and we liked her hair long like a yorkie but she just needed to be a little cleaned up around her legs and face. When we picked her up, she was completely shaved. So incredibly disappointing. They didn’t listen to word we said. While they are very sweet to the dogs and gentle with them, I was not happy with paying $ 45 for a haircut that was nothing like what we asked for.
