Filed a complaint on American Radiology Services’ Website two weeks ago and have yet to receive a response. I have no complaints about the DEXA scan I received, but I came out of the mammography area suppressing the impulse to call out, «Next victim!» That was about my seventh mammogram, and I have never been treated so roughly. I don’t expect them to be a pinchless experience. However, in all previous mammograms, the discomfort has been momentary. Not so here; I was handled like a block of wood. The technician who saw me absolutely needs more training in relating to patients. I will not be returning. A drive to Annapolis is far preferable to being treated like that again.
