This place sucks they don’t know what customer service means cause the people who work here are very rude and impatient we went to the arcade where it’s full of kids and all u can here was the guy at the ticket booth yelling at the kids calling them stupid. Obviously you shouldn’t hire people for that if you can’t handle dealing with kids they are just there to have fun not hurting you one bit and another thing we stayed at the hotel must say you get what you pay for called to get some more towels and pillows and it took them 4 hours to bring them worst service ever I don’t recommend it unless u like getting yelled at by everyone that works here.

The lunch buffet was VERY limited. Smoke filled casino. Four lunch buffets was just under $ 60. Only ate there because of a wrestling tournament. Worst buffet we’ve experienced. Need more selections and better service.

I’ve stayed here many times with my family… It’s not a resort but it’s just a place for us to stay a night or two before we head into Las Vegas… My kids go on the rides & my husband and I check out the Outlet Mall next door… Yes the rooms our out dated but they have always been clean and the housekeeping lady’s have always been nice & also hotel maintenance have been very helpful when we had a problem with a bathroom… Yes it feels like I’m smoking when I walk through the casino but that’s pretty much with every hotel I’ve been in, you just have to deal with it… We do miss the movie theater though… They closed that up a few yrs ago… They have several places to eat there but we usually eat at Denny’s or go into the Outlet Mall Food Court.

Good times have been had, tonight an alarm was going off at midnight voice over loud speaker every 5 min. offering no information. After 20 min. We packed and left. No sleeping there tonight.

Creepy hotel. I stayed for a night. The creepy creepy hotel downstairs was chilling with all those fake miners staring into my soul. I went to the McDonald’s because I was starving. Which closes at 1:00am. It’s in the hotel. So anyway I order two chicken sandwiches. The bald white man who was mopping the floor grabs the chicken breast then throws it in the cooker with his bare hands. Then makes my sandwich. Without washing his hands. I didn’t eat that at all. Sick sick! Went back upstairs and left the light on. I swear buffalo bills ghost was fucking watching me! Eff that place. Too creepy and it was very unsanitary. I also found leftover food under the chair when I checked in. Two stars for an experience.

Well I can’t comment on the hotel part of this casino since Buffalo Bills isn’t a place I would ever think of as a good hotel choice. But hey, different strokes for different folks
IMO you come here for two reasons and two reasons only…
Second hand smoke and the Desperado!
And boy do they over deliver on that second hand smoke!
Love this rollercoaster, the drop is so high and steep I feel like I am free falling to my death. Only to realize my stomach is still at the top of the rollercoaster and we still have a ways to go. This rollercoaster is definitely worth the 10 bucks per person we paid.
I will gladly keep recommending this coaster to friends and we will be back soon!

Spent many a summer here… Although it’s seen better days, I still love this casino dearly. It’s a four star restroom stop to me.
There’s a sizable arcade, easily accessible, clean bathroom, and a food court area with a La Salsa and McDonalds, along with a few other restaurants that have changed over the years.
Their roller coaster is probably the most iconic part of the building and the most memorable to me as one of the most exciting things about a trip to Vegas as a child. It’s probably still running and you can check it out for $ 8 per person.
On our stop today, I noticed that the water ride seems to have been drained. :(I hope not for good!
I love stopping here, even though the Primm Valley has an outlet mall.

Currently staying here and only here because my family (hubby and two year old) have no where else to stay tonight since many places are booked. We currently have another night stay but I don’t think we can make it. I would leave right now if it weren’t 11 pm and my daughter is sleeping. The room is very outdated but that is not even the biggest concern. The two cockroaches I just killed in the bathroom are. I am so grossed out I don’t know how I could sleep right now. The hallway is a mess not only does it smoke like a snoop dog concert but it doesn’t look like it has been vacuumed in a long while. I hope that I will be refunded at the very least my second night as I am checking out as soon as the morning comes. Drive down to the strip is my advice. Cheap is sometimes just that. Cheap.
Edited to add: not one not two but three alarm alerts at 5AM come over a loud speaker saying they did not know what the alarm was about. I was sleeping and thought I heard them say there was a gunman. I was freaked out and my poor two year old woke up terrified. During this time we found more bugs. We checked out and when I alerted them at check out u was greeted by a rude front desk who said I should of said something yesterday. I explained all of it and she said that that I had a dog room. I guess because I had a dog I should live in such conditions. I asked for a refund for tonight since I’m not staying and some credit for last night. After a bit she left to get the manager who never said sorry but gave us $ 20 off our night stay. Please don’t stay here!!! You have been warned!

I must say that Buffalo Staff are courteous, helpful and hardworking. They can only do so much. Since new management took over, many things remain unchanged– for better or for worse. Since $$$$$ is the bottom line, the visiting Guest will determine if Buffalo Bills gets good ratings or detrimental ones.

This place is a fun pit stop if you’re on your way to Vegas or going home from Vegas ;)
Whenever we travel to Las Vegas, we stop here for a while and it’s super convenient-​they have a Denny’s inside and pretty big restrooms if it’s THAT sort of pit stop. The casino itself is on the smaller scale but my dad really likes playing on the slot machines anyway!
It has the same fun demeanor as any other casino plus it has a rollercoaster. Just ride it at least once! It’s enjoyable regardless if you’re young or old and you can say that you did it :)

Free isn’t always good! lol Free concert and free room! When we checked in, ok, yes the room is dated, which I don’t really care, as long as there aren’t any bed bugs! and it’s clean. So there are no bells and whistles at this place. No flat screen tv and no refrigerator. But when I looked up, the smoke detector was hanging off the wall. I was a little chilly, so I was going to turn on the heater. There’s a themostat on the wall! You would think that’s how you turn on the heater right? Nooooooooooooo, go over by the window, and it’s one of those old fashion ones, where you turn the nob, ok! And in the bathroom, both the shower, and the sink, had that sideways sprayer going on! You know what I’m talking about. Some of the water sprays totally different, like on the top of the sink instead of in the sink.
Concert — And let’s not talk about how they cram people in there venue like sardines! Those seats are so close together, that you can’t even clap, you can’t stand up, because the rows are so narrow! And before the concert was over, my back was hurting so bad! If we hadn’t been with friends, we would have left the concert early!

This certainly isn’t the worst room I’ve visited, but it definitely isn’t the best either. We were caught in holiday traffic headed back to LA. Instead of enduring a possible seven hour ride back home from Las Vegas, we decided to stop here on a whim.
The rooms are updated (we stayed in tower A on the 10^th floor, apparently these are updated compared to the lower floors.) The room was clean, the TV is an updated flat screen. I thought it was OK for the price.
The only thing that annoyed the hell out of me? The distance from the elevator to the room: /​
Um… In definite need of more adjacent elevators to the rooms. I avoid Primm Valley Casino for the exact same reason.

Sigh. This place is pretty bad. It’s dated and dirty. We changed rooms because the tv didn’t work in our room, the linens looked dirty, and our headboard was torn (among other things). The only good thing about this place is that they give you free tickets to events with the players club card, and they comp your rooms. The concert arena was nice, the casino was old, the restaurants sucked. But what do I expect, right? It’s State Line, not Vegas… I’d only go back if I were gonna see a concert here.

its an ok place just to get away from everything. Its quiet… very quiet. The casino has no music playing in it and the machines seem very tight. I couldnt win anything at all at all 3 of their properties.
The room is basic and serves its purpose. I haven’t ever had any problems here anytime ive stayed over the years… just a good place to get away and relax.

As I love a good theme, I loved this casino. It made me quite giddy. I thoroughly enjoyed walking around here and exploring. It also have a roller coaster and log flume ride. A log flume ride! Sure, it’s a bit rundown, but it’s still kinda awesome. Tip: Wait until after 5pm and get the evening ride pass or $ 15 so you can do unlimited rides on both the coaster and log flume. It’s cheaper than purchasing one ride separately on each. There’s several quick eat places here, but no upscale places. There’s a decent arcade. It’s connected via monorail to the next door Primm Valley Resort /​outlet mall. There’s a buffalo-​shaped pool. There’s plenty of gaming options. The décor is what really got me. It’s all kinds of awesome. Yay for theme casinos!

After spending 2 nights at the Cosmopolitan in Vegas, I had to drive back to LA, and unfortunately, because I started getting tired on the way back, I had to stop at Primm to sleep. It’s only 45 minutes from Vegas, but after here, there’s a long stretch of nothing, so better here than the side of the road somewhere.
PROS
** A/​C Works Well
The room was really hot when I walked in. Once I found the A/​C controls (on the A/​C itself), the room cooled down pretty quickly and got downright cold after a while.
CONS
** Outlet Shortage
There are only 2 outlets, and they’re by the foot of one of the beds. That’s it. The fact that there are 2 already sucks. The fact that none are on the nightstand or the desk sucks even more.
** Dark Room
When I walked into the room late at night, the room was hot (even though it was like 60 outside), and I couldn’t see a thing! The bathroom lights could be turned on, but I couldn’t turn on any of the lights in the room. I also noticed the A/​C control unit on the wall, but the LCD was off and I couldn’t turn them on. Even the alarm clock was out. It was dark in the room, so it took me a minute, but I eventually found that everything in the room had not been plugged in! Wonderful. Thanks for the chore.
** Wall/​Floor Separation
You have to see the pic that I posted. I have no idea what’s going on here. Right after I turned on the light, I noticed that the carpet just sort of dives down into nothingness about an inch or 2 from the wall. Is the wall starting to separate or did the architects actually miscalculate how much floor each room is supposed to have? WTF?!

It’s 2015! Why do rooms with CRTs still exist?! This is a casino for crissake! Don’t you make money off of everyone’s poor decisions?
DEPARTING WORDS
I guess beggars can’t be choosers. I needed a bed to sleep on before the rest of the drive home; however, there are others who, for whatever reason, don’t go the extra 45 minutes to go to Vegas and stay in Primm instead. For the sake of travelers who come to Primm intentionally, how are these room problems OK? The wall/​floor problem made me afraid to sleep under the covers of the bed, because of fear of bed bugs… or I’ll probably get pregnant, lol!
