Established in 2014.

EFECAS was established by some great wedding planners that spent some years in the business. The wedding planners were found by an Los Angeles independent film producer businessman originally from Mobile Alabama that specialized in videography and photography services and decided to bring the services together along with catering.

Meet the Business Owner

Walter W.

Business Owner

Walter Westmoreland Jr. is a Mobile Alabama native that graduated from C.F. Vigor Highschool. He went on to graduate from Troy University with his Masters in Business Administration and moved to Los Angeles to become an independent film producer. He created EFECAS LLC during his engagement with his current wife. Walter specialized in videography and photography and collaborated with some great wedding planners that designed his wedding in Mobile Alabama.
